Paynters have laid the display villa foundation, poured concrete and erected the display villa building frames. ​The roof has been added and we are getting closer to completion at the end of February 2020.

We will be hosting a display villa opening event in March 2020. The display villa opening event will be the perfect time to go on a tour of the villa, see the groundwork that has been laid and get a sense of what life at Fairfield Grange – The Avenues can be like. Our team will be on hand to meet you and answer any questions you or your loved ones have.
